Marion Di Marco (née Weller)

I am a researcher in Alexander Fraser's group at the Center for Information and Language Processing (CIS) at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.

My main research interest is machine translation, in particular morphological modeling and the integration of syntactic/semantic information into machine translation systems. Furthermore, I am interested in compounds, collocations and idiomatic expressions.

From 2012 until 2017, I did my PhD at the Institute for Natural Language Processing in Stuttgart.
After that, I was a part of Khalil Sima'an's group at the Institute for Logic, Language and Computation
in Amsterdam.
